We have a Cliff Hix ink removal system and rolling rack for sale. For those of you who dont know what it is, it is a self cleaning screen washer. Take one of the dirtiest jobs out of the equation. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out its value in man hours or cost to run. Its a simple piece of equipment to run and maintain. You place a dirty screen in the machine press one button and 60 to 90 seconds later take out the clean screen. No more washing screens by hand. This by far was the smartest investment i made for our screen printing shop, it never called in sick or had a poor attitude and always did a great job. Figure out how much your paying someone to clean up your ink filled dirty screens and then do the math. this is a closed system only needing a solvent barrel of mineral spirits , no need to get dirty anymore or wonder if your screen guy is coming in that day. It also has a rolling rack that holds 28 screens for storage or drying.
