IR Shuttle Flash 23"x23" 5280watt - $300

Unique but very functional and reliable IR shuttle flash.

"Turco" brand, appears to have been built special in one production run for a single shop. Uses basic, easy to find parts. Used on a manual press but could be used with an automatic that can accomodate the 30" wide cage or adapted with some creativity.

Panel is in excellent condition, heats perfectly with no bad spots. Watlow PID controller also works very well and can accurately hold your panel temp. Very helpful when flashing delicate fabrics like polys, etc.

Has an air shuttle system that is footswitch activated and will shuttle panel over platens, dwell for set amount of time and shuttle off. Can be supplied air from a small pancake style compressor, does not use much. Clipper footswitch included. Note!: my electronics guy pulled a part from the unit for some reason when he was repairing a jack and I need to re-install. Air shuttled worked fine before but we have been simply using it "manually" so plan to do a simple repair if you want to run the shuttle. It's not overly complicated

5280 watt - 25 amps - 208 volt single phase
We have ran it on a 30amp, single phase breaker and 10awg wire. Twist lock not included but easy to find at any supply store.

Overall footprint ≈ 30"w x 60" long. Will palletize to about the same x " roughly 200lbs but I have no way to accurately weigh it.
