Branson, MO, United States

2008 Javelin Freedom Workhorse Automatic - 6 color, 8 station

ASKING $8,500 FOR EVERYTHING

We are the second owner of this press and still use it on a weekly basis. I can send videos to serious buyers. After upgrading to a ROQ 12 color, 14 station we no longer have as much of a need for the Javelin.

This press comes with plenty of extras and prints really well. It's a great press for any shop wanting to start printing auto or add to what they already have. Prints 1, 2, and 3 color designs at ease.

Interested in your setup. Is 3 color jobs the max you can do on this machine? “With ease”?What is the footprint of this particular press? All heads currently working correctly? I live in northern Arkansas...about 1 1/2 hrs away from Branson. Thanks for any other info. Also, Do you know number of prints on this press

No, 3 colors is not the max. It’s a 6 color press but 2 of the print heads (#2 and #5) are set up with flashbacks. If there’s no white base you can print 6 colors but you’d have to remove the flashbacks which takes 2 guys and about 10 mins. We have a 12 color press and now only use the Javelin for designs with 1-3 colors. For example on a 2 color design: white base on 1 - flash on 2 - nothing on 3 - color on 4 - flash on 5 - top white on 6.

“With ease” I was just meaning no more having to print manually. If you’ve ever printed with an auto you’d know what I mean. Also, meaning not having to remove the flashbacks for a 5 or 6 color design. Do you currently have automatic presses?

You need a 16’ X 16’ area to fit the press...and that gives you room to walk around it and work.

Yes, all of the print heads work just fine. #3 and #5 being updated to the newer chopper squeegee would be a nice upgrade. However, it’s not necessary.

The press is a 2008 and I actually got it in 2010. I estimate we’ve done about 250,000 prints on it since I’ve owned it.
