This machine takes 110 power with a provided Aircompressor running the print heads. The Quartz flash takes 220.
In regards to nothing that can't be fixed. It is in working condition but during dissassembly and reassembly there may be air hoses or other pieces that would benefit from being replaced. According to Lawson (and our experience with the machine backs this up) there are not any mechanical parts that cannot be replaced from the local hardware or granger store making it an easy repair.
