Looking for the foam quality used by New Era, Zephyr, etc... caps. i know they call it hard foam. the stuff available by Gunold, EMBSTORE, etc.. is not the same. Can anyone help?

We do have Puft 3-D foam which can be used for 3-d embroidery. It may be that you've only seen the 2mm stuff. The 3mm stuff is quite a bit thicker.

The 3D foam I use to embroider with comes from Hobby Lobby. It's 3mm and you can get it for 99 cents. I get it from them instead of the local embroidery supply store because they sell the exact same stuff for $3...Hobby Lobby also has 2mm for 89 cents...
