I am looking for something that will help me re-mesh screens.
I use a lot of 20x24 aluminum screens if that helps.

Re: Looking for something to help re-mesh screens
There are several companies that mfgr screen stretching equipment. Harlacher on the more expensive side M&R more affordable. Do the research and make sure you get the equipment that suits your needs. I'm actually in the process of building my own. Also occaisonally used ones hit the market. Check them out in person if you can. Often they are so contaminated with glue they are unusable.
Re: Looking for something to help re-mesh screens
WE have a manual unit used for 4 months that actually works well great for small volume it takes aprox 7-8 minutes to strech a screen super tight like 19-23 newtons depending on mesh. my customer needed to do more 23x31,s and double up so this unit did not do that they bought a tuff products strecher which was the original inexspensive unit then M&R knocked it off almost exactly they use to look like twins
but the unit we have has hand cranks knobs 2 on each side just pop the screen in and put mesh over it and put the rhard rubber inserts in make sure they are all even and crank one side alittle then the other etc etc and applie the glue and activator a for a instant adhesion
