MAKE ME AN OFFER - Auto Press ANATOL Titan 8 Stations 7 Heads

KILLEEN, TX, United States

$9000 or BEST OFFER.

FIRST let me tell you this press is currently NOT OPERATIONAL. We left the power on over the weekend with a job already set up on the press, and a power surge after the recent storms blew out the SERVO and SERVO MOTOR. Anatol Tech says the parts are about $2000. If you know what you are doing, you can replace the parts yourself, if not then expect to pay another $750-$1000 labor to install the parts.

Rather than trying to get it fixed, I am selling it AS IS since we will be consolidating our screen print production at another shop location, and we don't have room for another press there.

So, here is your chance to get a GREAT press with a little over 400K+ prints that was bought brand new by us in 2011. A set of squeegees and floodbars are included.

NOTE: The Anatol Flash Dryers are NOT included. I will be selling them separately for $1500 each.

This Anatol Titan has 8 stations and 7 print heads. ALL PRINT HEADS are ELECTRIC and not air. It cost us a few thousand more but was well worth it. Because it has electric print heads, it can operate with just a small home depot $400 air compressor and a small chiller ( which is also for sale for $200 more for both compressor and chiller... and the new air compressor was just purchased 2 months ago.)

We are a small print shop so it has not seen much use.

It is currently located at our shop, Shirtzz.com T-Shirt Shop, 3301 E. Rancier in Killeen, TX 76543. NO we will not pack it and ship it. NO we will not hold it for anyone. CASH Only... and the first poerson to show up with cash is who it will belong to. I will leave it in our shop for the next 7 days or so. After that, we will disassemble and move it to a storage warehouse. So, if you want to make a deal, NOW IS THE TIME, because I really do not want to have to take the time to disassemble and move it.

NOTE: The Anatol Flash Dryers are NOT included. I will be selling them separately for $1500 each. And, I will be posting a couple of conveyor dryers, recirc sinks and other equipment soon.

Any questions, Please call/text MIKE at 254-290-7121. Anytime day/night except when I sleep from 5am-10am

Here is the latest update on this press. We disassembled it and moved it into storage. It was fairly easy to disassemble... 2 bolts for each shirt board arm... 2 bolts for each print head... and each of the wires from the print head to the machine have been numbered/labeled and can just be plugged back in... literally. We moved it with 2 strong guys, a pallet jack and a trailer with a ramp door. (Without a ramp door, we would not have been able to load it on trailer.) As for the power cord, it is currently hooked up to the press on/off power switch so you can either direct-wire it or just attach a plug to the end of the cord and plug it in. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy this press is to assemble/disassemble. >>>>> Now, for the latest update on the condition of the press. After speaking with Anatol techs, they said this machine will cost $4300-$6300 to fix, and if the middle part of the machine (not printheads or shirt platen arms) was shipped to them and they were to refurbish everything on it, it would cost $8000. >>> So, if anyone wants to spend time fixing this auto press and wants to make me a reasonable offer, then you will end up with a hard-working, reliable auto press with little usage. I am going to leave it in storage for awhile and see if anyone wants to purchase this. If not, I may eventually fix it myself as time allows.
