MaxiCure Dryer

Very used dryer, runs just took out of production needed bigger dryer. 230v,3ph has 6 elements 1 element bad at terminal (melted off). Belt, drive motor, and 5 elements in good shape and main frame also. Also great for parts. $3000.00 obo and you pick up

It runs, but down 1 element (which needs replaced unless you can fix end of terminal attached to element) I can give you a contact to get one($400 to $500 for 1). We put in all new wires and terminal to the panels, the insulation looked pretty good when we did this. I took it out of production a 2 months ago and put in a large gas dryer to handle our increased production. We ran this dryer for 8+ years with 2 manuals and an 8 color automatic, not sure when built was here when I started. The temp controller is less than a year old, had issue with keeping temp at 630 to 660 (which caused the panel issue)and that was the only issue we ever had with it. I added extra pictures to show it torn down, we did not clean it up or anything else it was running when we tore it down to reset up new one.
Measurements – 20’L by 55”w, 5’ in and out feed heat chamber 10’. Belt is 48” very good condition. We did not have an exhaust fan on the dryer we just had a inline fan put in our exhaust pipe that ran outside. Belt drive motor was replaced about 6 years ago no issues.
