may purchase Melco emc 10

I posted this in a different category, not sure where to get help. I may buy an older Melco emc 10 but it has a problem. Can someone tell me what may be wrong with a Melco emc 10 that "forgets" what it is supposed to do and then have to do a fail rescue to get it going again??? What is the fix for this?? Thanks in advance for any help.

I am not sure but I have 2 Melco machines for sale that do not have any problems. Let me know if you are interested. I can send you pictures and whatever you need.:)
