I have a Melco EMC 6/4 Embroidery Machine. The color change light will not turn off for the Head to go Up. Recently replaced master head color cartridge and I am still back at square one. If theres a technician out there that could help me get this machine running.
I am located in Fort Lauderdale FL.

Hello Realitees,
I am a technician but I am not certified on Melco's. Here are four links where you may be able to find a technician.

Re: Melco EMC 6/4 NEED TECH
there is a screw located underneath the plastic head cover on the right side of each of the heads. there is an access hole for which you will need a small flat head screwdriver. insert the screw and turn in either direction until the light goes off. then you should be able to go to head up.
see this link to melco troubleshooting, it talks about your problems as
"off color index error"

hope this helps
