Thinking of buying a Melco EMT10T. Seller says that It needs a few small parts like little rubbing bushings and a new thread cutter hook. How much would it cost to repair? How much would a machine like that cost? I have been searching the internet, but I have not come up with much. I called melco, but I would have to pay 95 cent a min. just to speak with some one.
I live in the Memphis TN area....do you know of a technician who could help....any info is appreciated.

Re: Melco EMT 10T
I have a good Melco tech that works on my machines. I started with a EMT 10T myself years ago. He got everything running and working well for me. I bought mine at a bankruptcy auction for $2600 about 6 years ago, and sold it for $3500 2 years ago. I am going to guess that those figures are about right, depending on how it runs. When I sold mine, it was really running well. I moved up to Amayas and XT's and needed more space. Give me a call and I will get you his e-mail address. I don't want to post it here, due to all the SPAM bots out there looking for e-mail addresses. I am here (central time) 10-6: 417-581-1900 - Dave
