Re: M&R Fushion R Dryer / $4,800
I can say with certainty that this dryer would be sufficient and keep up with a one manual shop using water based inks. It would be slow, and if your image is too large you will be folding & loading the shirts very tight to fit them on the belt.. but it will work.
That being said, if you plan on strictly running water based inks you should look into a gas dryer with forced air (mini-sprint) and plan for a move to an auto.

This dryer has been sold, thanks for looking!
Re: M&R Fushion R Dryer / $4,800
we might be interested in this piece. we need to check on how many shirts per hour this piece can handle.
did you use this with automatics or manuals?
thank you,
Kim
Re: M&R Fushion R Dryer / $4,800
Kim,
We're currently running this with one auto & one manual. Output depends on print size, but we have processed up to 1k pieces an hour.
Re: M&R Fushion R Dryer / $4,800
That's pretty impressive for a dryer that size. How does it handle discharge and waterbased inks?
Re: M&R Fushion R Dryer / $4,800
Indeed. But again, it depends on the image size. It handles WB/Discharge slowly, but will fully cure it.
Re: M&R Fushion R Dryer / $4,800
Waterbase / discharge inks require a good long gas dryer, and time in the tunnel. You can play around with an electric dryer, even a large one, but you won't be able to get any production done.
Re: M&R Fushion R Dryer / $4,800
That's right inksolman, we're moving this out to make room for our gas dryer... but we're also running two autos. A one or two manual shop could get some stellar milage out of a dryer like this.
Re: M&R Fushion R Dryer / $4,800
Bump.
Re: M&R Fushion R Dryer / $4,800
The dryer is 3-phase.
Re: M&R Fushion R Dryer / $4,800

Re: M&R Fushion R Dryer / $4,800
Is this single or three phase??
Re: M&R Fushion R Dryer / $4,800
read the post lol. it says clearly 3 phase
Re: M&R Fushion R Dryer / $4,800
would this machine work for waterbased if it is used in a shop with one manual printer?
Re: M&R Fushion R Dryer / $4,800
More than likely yes........worst case scenario would be to run them down twice for insurance
Re: M&R Fushion R Dryer / $4,800
Is the fusion dryer still available?
