M&R Tri-Loc 23x31

Older Tri-Loc set with full pallet and stop block
Pallet has small block up top but still meets 23x31 frame (see pic 2)
Master frame is 100% functional but one spring block feels a little “stickier” than the other two. Price reflects replacing top block and rebuilding spring block though kit is functional as-is.
