Construction The system is rack drive on both the X and Y
axis. The Z axis is lead screw driven. The base frame is made from steel tubing in our fabrication fac1lrty. The table base is precision cut aluminum with an extruded tubular T slot top. The Gantry is a precision engineered extrusion which is fully machined to guarantee the perpendicular1y of the tool and straightness of cut, and then filled with a composite which significantly stiffens the system and reduces vibration. The rac fits in a machined recess that allows chips to fall away.

7 HP High Frequency 18.000 RPM with automatic start when files are output.
Analog dial to control spindle RPM is provided. The spindle operation is integrated into the control system to have automatic starting and stopping with the job. An analog control is on the operator interface allowing on the fly speed control.
T slot table vac table with Sintra top milled to exact flatness on the
machine. Clamps and T slat nuts are provided. .
Controller Mover M2200 motion controller

Software The system comes standard with an
HPGL interpreter built into the motion controller. Programs such as CASmate, Signlab, Flexisign, Enroute, ALPHACam and many more contain drivers to output files directly to the machine.
DNC Software - Allows the operator of the machine ta access files on a remote computer. Files of unlimited length can be retrieved.
