Need a digitizer for my company

Hello,Im looking for someone that can handle my digitizing for my company.Im in NC and we are moving our production facilty into a 20,000 sq ft building with a wrap division ,vinyl sign and digital graphics division,screenprinting sign division and I want to be able to supply my customers with embroidery merchandise.So i have decided to go with a embroidery division.I have a buddy that has a embroidery machine and i want to help him get started in the business but he gets someone to digitize for him but always to seem a bit over priced (example-5000 stitches for $40.00).Im looking for someone I can depend on at a resonable rate and to be broke down to per 1000 stitches/price.Im not looking for cheap prices for cheap work but reasonable prices to began a long lasting work relationship.We are not slammed with orders due to this problem that Iv ran into but as soon as we get this pricing thang resolved we then can push the sales w/o being worried about art and artwork cost.We are a very fast paced business with a large clientel so time will be a factor.Im willing to work with the Guy thats been in the business for years or if your the guy that just does this for fun.
