Hello,
I have been contacting suppliers all over the country trying to find some hats for embroidery/printing. What I am looking for are blank Wool flex fit hats (with a high percentage of wool). I have found that a lot of suppliers only have 5% wool blends, or they have a high percentage of wool but the hats have adjustable buckles and are not flex fit. Does anyone know of a company that provides these types of hats? I've tried New Era, Otto Caps, Falcon Headwear, Mega Cap.. all with no luck. Anyone have any suggestions?

If you do a search on alibaba.com you may be able to find just what you are looking for. Just be prepared t do some digging.

I di some looking suz I love to surf the net...
Custom Ink has an Acrylic/Wool blend 83/15 (the rest is listed as spandex)
Lids.com listed an Acrylic/Wool belend but didn't list percentages.
Volcom has a 100% wool cap, but it has a logo on it... although I found the same hat with MLB logos, so maybe you could get them blank??
