hey all, my name is chris and i have a problem with my 2007 SWF embroidery machine. i am getting a error code #901 communication error. previous to this happening the machine started to make weird noises while moving left to right as if metal on metal was rubbing;. Now my machine wont move left or right. If anyone out there can help me out that would be great

Is the hoop still on the machine? have you turned if off and back on an look at the screen while it reboots?
