I have a Toyota 820 embroidery machine, purchased new from Pantograms in the early 90's. The computer we have that ran the Designer Series software from Pantograms got a virus and had to have windows reinstalled. We also reinstalled the Designer Series software but don't know how to configure the settings on the PC to send designs to the 820, through a serial port connection? Pantograms no longer supports this old software.
We are just looking for a way to send/load designs into this machine. No editing or design software needed as we get all .dst files from our digitizer.
Does anyone know:
1) How to configure the Designer Series software, communication part, to send designs to this machine?
2) Any other inexpensive third party software that will send .dst files from a PC to the Toyota 820?

Hi when you try to install the program go to yours start menu go to search and type in install.exe/and put the your cd-rom drive and it should work
