Need machine under $3500

Like so many before me... I'm looking to upgrade my home embroidery to something faster and better that does cylindrical sewing too. I have a line on a brother 600 II for 3,000 but it doesn't include any frames at all or a stand. Also for this price I've seen...various which I'll list below. I would appreciate any advice. I'm not afraid of learning a real machine. What I'm concerned of is spending money and having a big problem a month later after only generating $300 off the machine. I'd like to stick to at a minimum floppies to put the design on the machine (meaning no special software, etc... for direct connect). If anyone has any input or these machines for sale at my price then please let me know. Here are the machines I've got on my radar.

1. Brother or Babylock 6 needle bmp/emp type

2. Brother BAS-415

3. Melco EMC 6 or 10 (white head)

4. Barudan BEAT IV

5. Toyota 850 (have to verify this is floppy)

One of the most important things to me is that it has a cutter to cut the jump stitches (yeah I know VERY basic but one of the main reasons). AND has to be able to not have a table to do bags, etc... so you don't have to contort it around the hoop (cylindrical). Caps would be a great plus just to have the option later. Speed... must be faster than a typical home machine (Viking 600spm) which is really only 300 usually.

Anyone have these in storage or for sale? I'd prefer southeast (Atlanta area) but could travel up to 6 hrs one way to get it and pay cash. If shipping it then I'd need it to all total $3500 max. There doesn't seem to be a lot coming up lately. Anyway, any insight would be greatly appreciated.
