Let me help you out with your post and redo it so those of us who don't have a shop that runs 4 automatics might can understand.

Alan can probably come to your shop and help you install your press since he's looking for a new softball team. I believe he only works part-time. He is very well trained on operating one automatic press. Give him a call at his mother-in-law's business and she will page him to come answer the phone if he's not too busy.

I'm sure some of you out there are wondering why I would be available to help install an automatic press because I'm looking for a new softball team to play on? That is a good question and one that I am not sure I have an answer to other than the person who made the statement is not playing cards with a full deck.

Quiz time: Is it better for a business to have one automatic running at 100% of it's production capabilities or 3 automatics running at 33% of their capabilities? Who out there thinks they know the answer to this? Iowa, don't feel obligated to answer that question, I already know that you don't know it.

Alan, don't sweat that IODUH d i c k h e a d. Keep doing what you do. You have helped more people on this board than any one who posts here. With the possible exception of Rich who, no matter what the barney crowd has to say, will go out of his way for you and your business, even if you aren't a customer of his. Sometimes his answer may not be what you wanted to hear, but, Rich is just a tell it like it is guy. His experience and advice will benefit anyone who listens, just like yours Alan. Now, this new platex flushable dooooche IODUH, watch what happens to him of the next few months. At the end of the month, he is paying to have all of that Anatol knock off crap sit around his shop while Barney and friends try to figure out what spray can to use for the next failed part.

Yes al is a LITTLE helper. your right! thanks baby blue

Man you are a D I C K, I'm glad you are too cheap to buy M&R, I would hate to see you benefit from the machinery. What did barney do, slip you a pill or something, catch you in some sort of act to be so pro playtex. What a joke.

Oh, if you could even have a 10th of the quality and service that SRI has, you might actually need those extra autos that will collect dust in your hack s hop. What an Ultra dooche. You need to wear one of those goofy A S S hats as ur kid wears. What a DINK!

All 4 are running 100% all week. Al you just can compete in large numbers. last year we did 2165 jobs with 27 complaints with 9 of them being super ****ed. .012 percent of failure rate. anyone can type sh1t the numbers don't lie. put 30k this week in my equipment fund. You you still are leasing.

Ha, 4 autos and you did 2165 jobs!!!!! I knew I wouldn't be impressed with your numbers but I didn't think I would be completely underwhelmed. One auto and 2.5 employees and we did 925 jobs last year with maybe 2 people that complained about something like the size of the print or something that they didn't communicate with us correctly. We're on pace to do 1050 this year with ONE AUTO, ONE DRYER and 2.5 full time employees. You should have just kept your mouth shut about your numbers. And a .012 misprint rate?, come on, you can do better than that!

And you say anyone can type s h i t and the numbers don't lie, well which one is it? Are you just typing sh it or are the numbers real? I hope the numbers are real, because I seriously doubt the average piece/job was over 100, and even if it were around 300-400, I still wouldn't be impressed. Our one little auto is paid for holmes, and we'll have to be at around 1500/1800 jobs per year before we need a second auto. 4 autos and we would need around 6500 jobs/year. Congrats on your numbers though, they're pretty cute.

AWESOME!

You should take that 30K and invest it in a screen printing consultant to come in and get your overhead down and just run 2-3 autos with one shift because those numbers don't justify needing 4 autos.

Or you should take that 30K and get a DTS machine and incorporate the M&R Tri-loc into your production, then you could save the money on at least one of those automatics.

Or perhaps some newman roller frames would do you some good. And you should buy some good ink, instead of that knockoff plastisol your using.

Thats why i bought 3 pintex presses from you!

Talk about Butthole-brown-for-life, did you get your Barney tat yet? I suggest a brown one to go with the stains on your face.

What a kiss-a s s, for someone that boasts as much as you do, you'd think one auto deal was old hat, but apparently it's a REALLY big deal?

Damn - I just wanted few names or phone numbers of a service tech
Didn't know I was opening up this can of -----------
Well, I got one number at least.
Thanks guys - I think ???

Sorry Brother -but- you'll find that most of these guys HATE things about themselves so they project their feelings of inadequacy upon others <--- and that is what a HATER really is :-(( sad -but- true ... they'll never live up -or- out live how they see themselves hence the larger issue (just sayin')

Your boy launched the first grenade, but keep on trying to spin it. All I did was help the OP try to find someone to help him install his press. Then the illiterate Iowan hillbilly starts talking S out of his A s s bragging about being a millionaire and being debt free. I guess if we used a bunch of douche stats to judge our success in life, he's successful. I may or may not be a millionaire in life, I don't really care though, that's not my goal. If it happens, great, if not, trust me, I'll still be successful. Nobody works harder than I do, and I'm not a dumbs hi t like your boy Iowa, so I'll be just fine. I'll be in this industry for a long time, so if you 2 jackwagons are still in it for long enough, we'll cross paths, and that's when we'll separate the millionaires from the men...I can't wait.

You keep talking about haters, well I guess Iowa just has a hard-on for me for some reason, he can't keep from posting behind me and looking like a complete fool with his no-spelling or grammar having a s s. He just can't keep from trying to provoke me, but I can't get caught up in some ignorant chris chris who thinks he's successful and keeps throwing out BS numbers to try and get other people's respect. I'll gain the respect of the people that matter in this industry, you two anuses don't matter one damn bit.

We're all judged by our peers, and I've had conversations with Iowa's competition so he's not respected in his own town, and we all know Robert's history. I'll keep doing what I'm doing, and I'll see you guys on the way up.

The equipment services group at GSG Dallas can do that for you. Call GSG Dallas gogsg.com 1-800-366-1776 and leave a message with Casey Reese. That group of guys are great at what they do. The only problem you might have is availability. They are so good at what they do that they are usually quite busy and have a hard time helping everyone that needs it. If that option doesn't work out for whatever reason, there are numerous independent technicians in the south but unfortunately I haven't done business with any of them, only the guys at GSG. There are a couple of guys that do this that are active on this forum so I'm sure they'll be contacting you as well. Jason Rodriguez at Southern Screen Inkstitute might be a good option, or Brannon Mullins with Spot Color Supply, spotcolorsupply.com or there is another guy named Nick James that facilitates this type of service.

Good luck and fill us in on who does it for you and your experience with that company. It could help alot of other people down the road needing this type of service.
