We sold a press in Africa and before selling we contacted m&r for contacts to hook it up they referred us to there dealer in CAPE TOWN anyhow when it arrived the dealer said it would cost $4000 plus air fare and expenses, the buyer contacted m&r they gave him a another certified dealer in Nairobi Africa when contacted they said they could not help did not know how to register a late 90,s model challenger, I contacted m&r and I was told ,can not help you sold it you sold it you set it up we don't service old crappy machines "Quote"

anyhow anyone know someone in that part of the world or europe, or do we need to send a z- m&r service tech from the USA

We have found a highly recommended X- M&R SERVICE tech that lives very close thanks for all the help!! and HE IS ONLY CHARGING US $1500 PLUS EXPENSES big difference.

Glad this work'd out for your ... Although Spider Machines would have gladly help'd no matter what the condition of the machine ... Next time try giving Robert Barnes a call 864-649-0123 he knows more about M&R presses than most of the folks answering the phones at the M&R service lines (just sayin')

Robert, I did ask you to give us a quote a few days ago, you did not,
I had to send rich Hoffman copies of all the emails from m&r showing him they set up service thru there dealer and thru the international division, even thou he said no one at m&r would do that. after i sent him copies of all the m&r emails from his company, he never replied back, it would be good if a CEO knew what was going on in his own company you think!!
Mean while we got a m&r tech willing to do the job at a fair and reasonable rate
