New guy. Looking to farm out carpet mat logo jobs

I am new here and not in the canvas/hat/embriodery business, but I've got a potential opportunity and I'm not sure where to start. Bear with me....

One of my businesses is restoring classic automobiles, mostly European cars. Occasionally, I find a void where people are looking for something that just isn't available. For example many car makers no longer make vehicle specific car mats with logos for their older cars and the volume isn't high enough for aftermarket car mat companies to pick them up. Making the mats involves finding the original carpet or a close match, finding or creating a pattern for the car's footwells or trunk, cutting the carpet, binding the carpet with an OEM style binding, and adding an appropriate logo if needed. I can get all of this done except for the logo in the carpet. I can get the logos digitized and deal with any trademark concerns. I just need somebody who can do small batch embroidery jobs in cut pile automotive carpet with the logo going roughly 6 inches from the edge of the carpet. Once prototypes are done, this would be small batches of maybe 5 sets of carpet with 1 or 2 logos in each set. Not a lot of volume but hopefully steady. I'm attaching a link to the type of thing I'm talking about but the link is for a current model car. (I would be selling these on specialty sites and car-specific forums.) Any ideas or suggestions? Ballpark costs? I'd really like to see this happen so I thought I would start by asking here. Thanks!
