New - Help needed!

Hi there, I'm Jennifer. I was recently given a White 4400 4x4 embroidery machine - only the machine. I've gotten the cables needed and I have a WinXP machine (since everything I found said it won't run on 7), but I'm at my wits end trying to find the software.
I also have no idea what hoops to get, I've never used an embroidery machine in my life!

Please help me get started!
