We went with Fastmanager about 8 months ago and it has dramatically changed our business for the better. It allows us to be much more efficient and we can service our customers better. I honestly have not been able to find 1 thing that has been left out in this software. It is very user friendly. We had purchased another software before because of the lesser expense and it was horrible. It was not any of the 3 listed here. Each of them will allow free demos, which I recommend. The fastmanager seems easier to use than the shopworkx and we were able to save a few bucks.
