I've had a Tajima Neo2 for over a year now, and I've never tried using the cap attachment.
I was able to attach the rotating cap frame to the back mount. I was able to attach a cap to the cap holder assembly. However, when I snapped in the cap holder assembly to the rotating cap frame assembly, then I was never able to get the X-Y table offset enough. Moving the offset all the way out to its maximum, and the needle head was still about 1.5" from the bill.
Its as if I'm missing a piece that sits between the rotating cap frame assembly, and the cap holder assembly.
Anyone familar with how to do this?
Thanks!
Bob
Re: Tajima Neo2 Cap Frame
I figured it out. The Tajima Neo2 frame setting doesn't allow the needles to get too close on the Cap setting. I told it that I had a frame installed instead, and that did the trick. I could get plenty close to the bill of the cap.

Re: Tajima Neo2 Cap Frame
Just dont use the offset and use the design move tool.
Offset does not do anything here.
