is starting out always this hard???

My name is Nod, and i've worked as GM for one of the most established and profitable screen printing companies in Charlotte for the last seven years. My wife and I want to move to Boulder, CO to start a clothing boutique and observable screen printing shop. My part of the company will only be a one man four or 6 head press, and a full set-up. I come a larger company and could use some advice on the best electric dryer for the money, as we have a 15" gas dryer.

I'm in the market for the whole shebang and will be driving to Boulder, CO. from N. Carolina via Tennessee, maybe Atlanta, New Orleans, Austin, New Mexico and up to Boulder so if you have any of the following for sale I'd could pick it up on my way out there in September.

Four head press with side arms
Exposure Unit
Electric dryer
Xante or comparable brand for printing oversize vellum
Flash Unit - we haven't had the best experience with WorkHorse
squeegies and ink
screens - preferably 24" x 21" in varying mesh counts
Heat Press machine

I can do every aspect of the business excepts the digital graphics (I know, I know), but have had good experiences with outsourcing to India when we've been in a pinch for time. However, I hate making this a part of my business plan, any other ideas how can achieve dependable, fast and inexpensive graphic designs and separations without outsourcing or hiring a full time employee? Most GD's I know are either one of the three but never the total package.

Thanks,
Nod
