Hi Guys!
I was wondering if anyone knew about how to fix this problem.
1. 12 Head Happy Voyager Embroidery machine
2. Machine keeps stopping telling me thread break on the machine
3. Bobbin is fine
4. thread is threaded the right way
5. Tension is fine
6. MACHINE ISN'T FLASHING WHICH HEAD IS ACTING UP.
7. It's mostly when I'm just using one or two heads, it acts as if another head is involved when all of the rest of them are turned off.
8. It keeps stopping no matter what when I try to ignore it and keep pressing start.
I really hope that someone could help me. I would really appreciate it.
Re: False Thread Breaks
I don't have experience of this particular machine, but there are a number of tests you could run and things that might be worth checking.
First, though, could you confirm if it has 12 heads, for embroidering 12 garments at a time, or is it a single head with 12 needles? There's quite a difference!
If it is 12 heads, is it the variety that consists of 12 individual heads joined up, rather than one large table that supports the garments?
If it is just a single head 12 needle, the main thing I would check is whether the small spring that the thread passes through, after the tensioners, is the correct side of the small metal pin. If it has gone the wrong side it will show a thread break when there is none.
Come back to me when you've checked and I'll see if I can help.
Re: False Thread Breaks
False thread breaks can be caused by lint somewhere in the path (including the bobbin), a needle that's incorrectly positioned or thread outside on the hook at the top of the needle.

Ah Jennifer, if only we knew our efforts were not in vain.
Unfortunately, as seems to be so often the case these days, those who request help seem more in need of good manners than any assistance resolving embroidery issues...!
