Tajima TFMX-1501

My machine starts making a design and and then it just stops. It doesn't show any errors on the screen and all I need to is press start again and it will continue stitching. Has anyone else experienced this or can someone tell me how to fix this. Thank you

I have a similar situation. I have a TEJT-1501 that suddenly stops, with the screen saying "embroidering" without any errors or problems. Pressing "start" doesn't do anything. But, if I turn it off and then on again the screen says "pause" and it starts when I hit start. My machine has been doing this for at least 1 1/2 years. I mentioned it to a tech and he didn't comment on the situation.

Does the machine stop in the same spot? If so, there might be an errant STOP or COLOR CHANGE command in the stitch file.

The needle stays in the same position when it stops. It only happens with a few needles and it's not the file because I've ran this same design on a different tajima and it stitched out the design with no stops. Could it be something in the settings maybe? It usually stops a few stitches before it's going to cut and do a color change
