I was given a meistergram m800xlc and am trying to get it to work. How do I get support? When I press 9 and enter to begin sewing the display says "stitch width bind"........ Can anyone help me

We are a small custom printing shop and have been given an opportunity to acquire an M800XLC (2,000.00 includes technical training) to begin embroidering names and numbers on team warm-ups in-house...is this a good entry level machine? Are there any potential pitfulls we should be aware of?
