Hello, glad to be back after the holidays. I am starting my year right because I got a new job. I work online and I use Google Drive to access my daily work sheets which contains sensitive data. Now my question is this, aside from encryption is there a software that I can use to protect my data and other documents that I use online?

Re: Google Drive Security
oh my! thats sucks! i dont understand why some people wanted to do this kind of stuff. i dont know what benefit they can get out of hacking.
Re: Google Drive Security
Thanks for the response. I must agree that safety and security has always been and will always be an issue in the digital world. I have managed to get a software that seems to be working well with my work. With the same provider, I have also read about cloud security alliance. It is good to learn something new once in a while.
Re: Google Drive Security
I think we use something like this in our office but I can't remember the name of the provider.
Re: Google Drive Security
My regular Google email just got hacked into Wed. Glad it wasn't work related, but still sucks to know people do those kind of things. Never had that issue before.
Re: Google Drive Security
Hi, That's good! I'm also back here. Yes, It might not be safe anymore for our files. We really need a reliable security that will protect our files. Anyway, I presume, there is a software that can enhance Google apps cloud security these days. I heard that it could even detect malware's presence and secure content.
