Found a cheap service to digitize my drawings, are files compatible with my machine?

Hi,
I have a new passion for embroidery and I'd like to know if this digitizing service would be fine for me, do you know if I need a special machine, or any brand could do the job after I receive the file?

Thank you so much for your help, I'm trying to learn from those who know :)

"passion" is a pretty strong word. But hey if you have said passion go to an ISS show to take some classes and see the machines and software needed. Only YOU can decide if a digitizing company works for you. By this I mean you can send the same design to 5 different digitizers and really get 5 different results. This is not only in the digitizing but in your ability to sew as it is a marriage. Another example is I can send you a design that a client ordered 15 years ago and has successfully ran orders each year for caps... but if I sent that same design to you it may need an edit. Marriage only you can work out.
