Hi fam,
Just bought a used NuArc MSP3140. It worked before we moved it to our shop and now we have a problem with it. Basically, when switched on the machine gives an orange blinking with a 'panel open' error. All four bottom panels are CLOSED and the magnets are touching the sensors. When I go to the service menu, vacuum, cooler, and light all work and calibrate well.
Don't know where to go with this problem, just stuck and it takes days and days to get a reply from M&R support. Anyone ever had this problem?
