Design File Server

Hello

I have a BEDYHE-ZQ-C06 yes I know it's old but it works very well so why get rid of it,

I also have a BEVT-S1501 CII

I have installed Design File Server and with the machine a head I am able to transfer my embroideries but with the 6 head I have no access from the machine to the transfer I was wondering if the fact that I have no cf card in the machine if that can cause the problem or it's something else,
the two machines are up to date and in Design File Server I see them both, ?????
