Opinions needed about the Toyota ESP9100

My husband and I own a pharmacy/gift store and are currently using a Bernina Deco to monogram the gifts availabe to our customers. We've outgrown the Deco and need a serious upgrade. We have been researching this purchase for several months and are on the verge of purchasing the Toyota ESP9100. Can anyone provide some feedback based on their own personal experiences with this machine and the customer service that comes with it from Pantograms?
Thanks,

Can't say anything about Pantograms service since we purchased our 9100's used but as for the machine itself, ours have been great. A bit more complex than the older toyota 850/860's we have but they run quite a bit smoother and quieter.

I have 2 Toyota 9100's and love them. I started with a Toyota 850 and stepped up. I am using the Forte digitizing software and find it very user friendly. Also, the people at Pantograms have treated me very well. It may take a bit to get to talk to someone, but they are pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend them!

We've had ours for just over a year. We've never used anything else, so we've nothing to compare it to. It does a good job. I would consider buying another one.

Who are you buying yours from? Pantograms?

The Forte' software is easy to use, but again, it's the only thing we've ever used.

We've had no service issues at all.

For Pantograms, their service and support is ok, but, I've yet to call, ever, and get a live person. You always have to leave a message and they'll call you back. You're a slave to your phone while waiting. Even when you call and ask for a specific extension, I've yet to ever get a person to answer the phone. The sales dept, however, is different. I've always gotten a live answer there.

I would recommend the machine very much.

Good luck.
