Need your help, people. We are an established screenprinting/embroidery company with a good track record of success. We want to move to the next level by putting on outside sales reps. My problem is compensation. I have no idea how to pay them that is good for both of us. So those of you who have experience with this, can you share some of your ideas. I really do appreciate your help.

Re: Outside salesman
I pay my Reps %12 commission on orders across the board. %10 to %15 is pretty much standard. I only pay my reps on orders that they write themselves. It keeps them in check with their customers.
