Is this to be sent through the mail? If its just one shirt the cheapest way is to use a padded mailing bag. A lot of people prefer priority mail.

Every shirt that goes out our shop is in an individual bag that we purchase from U Line. The ones we have work well with the Fold A Bag from Hoop Master. For a 50 shirt order we would bag them then box them.

I would use a box for a 50 shirt order. We don't bag unless that is requested because piles bagged shirts tend to slip around while packing and the additional air in the bags adds more space to the box. Also there is the added cost of the bags and lobor.
