I'm new to this machine. Just bought it used. How do you tell the machine what hoop you're using so it will go to the center of the hoop that you're using?

It doesn't auto adjust that I know of, unless there's something I'm doing wrong. Like I said, I'm totally new to this machine. Maybe I don't have the hoop in right or something. I've turned it completely off and unplugged the machine from the power outlet so it will start up with a new memory and that didn't work either. I really need this to center for me. Someone please help! Thanks in advance!

When you look at your screen, the borders should grey out according to the hoop area. For instance, if you are using your 100x100 hoop, you should get a light grey square in the center of your screen, with a larger dark grey border surrounding the center, to show you that the machine is indeed seeing the correct hoop. Is this happening?
What hoop are you trying to center?

??? - It should auto adjust ... I've used these for "road machines" back in the day. When you move the arms to accommodate the correct hoop, the sensor should recognize the position of the arms and move accordingly.
