These are 3/8" thick, so they can be used on a press that has rubber surfaced pallets having a total thickness of 3/8" (1/4" aluminum and 1/8" rubber) without needing to make much (if any) off contact adjustment.

Do you mfr these yourself? Do you have some customer referrals for these? I will purchase some if you can provide that info. I wish you had 16 x 22 too. Also are these dead nuts on the width? Action engineering never has the exact width.
