Hi all,
I am having trouble with getting the same colour on the mug as on the screen, I have done everything possible to solve the problem...the tubes have been cleaned in the printer and the sublimation ink has been drained and put back into the cartridges.
Any solutions please let me know.

To get the correct colors...we took a complete color palette with pantone color codes and sublimated it onto a Car tag....What you see on the computer..sometimes isn't what comes out on the mug.....So...now if a customer wants a name on a mug in red....she picks out the red on the tag that is already sublimated and i match it on corel by the Pantone color....and when i print it...it may not look like the red she picked out...but after sublimation...it will be the red she pick from the tag...Hope this helps....Also...Conde.com has some good info on this...
