Defiantly not the most advanced, but you're on to something Alex.
Make your Online Designer more simple and user friendly to use; I took one look at it and didn't know where to start.
I think if you can clean up the designer portion, come up with some decent demo videos and price points; you can compete with Deco and InkSoft.

Definitely, I also agree with Ghostwork, you should more work on your designer tool features and functionality corner. What you can do is you can also compare with similar kind of products as there are many available in the market. Although some are quite free or some paid.
