Production Manager

The company is comprised of several divisions including KidTees (recently rebranded to Julie + Joe) a line of souvenir apparel and accessories, Stephen Joseph Gifts a line children’s gift products, Karma/Wit lifestyle brands for women, and Alexandra & Co. a sorority product division.

We are looking for someone who is a detail oriented manager that loves finding creative ways to improve processes. This position is critical to the growth of our company. We are offering a very competitive salary, plus a great benefits package.

Job Summary

- Management of sublimation and screen printing employees and processes

- Management of all equipment and associated maintenance

- Analyze, review, and place orders for inventory

- Coach, mentor, and cross-train employees

- Responsible for hitting key production metrics

- Responsible for keeping all production logs accurate and constantly improving our production process to ensure targets are maintained

- Communicating production schedules to all employees in the printing process

- Management of scheduling coordinator, ensuring that all jobs are completed on time

- Enforcing quality standards in all areas of the print shop

- Monitor and maintain production cost worksheets

Requirements

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a must, 5+ years

- Screen printing experience 5+ years

- 5+ years leading a team of 10 people or more

- Highly detail oriented: with an eye for design but a mind for production

- Highly organized, able to set and maintain deadlines

- Ability to multi-task

- Technical skills required: Microsoft Office products, ERP experience, and mechanical skills
