Hello,
Some customers are complaining about puckering around embroidered logos on shirts (dress shirts). Does anybody have any ideas to minimize this problem?

There are a lot of solutions what kind of shirts are they?
Ususally the best solutions involve better digitizing.

too many stitches, not enough underlay, or stitches that run with the grain of the shirt can do it. you are using a decent cutaway backing, correct? if you'd like to email me the file, i can take a look at that for you to see if that could be the problem....no charge.
