I'm looking at a Hix 021 dryer with about 6-8 feet of tunnel. I was needing to know a rough estimate on how many shirts per hour it can cure. It is single phase and appears to have 3 maybe 4 heat panels. Anyone have experience with this setup?
thanks,
gary
Re: question about Hix 021 dryer
Depending on size of print, ink type, ink thickness, etc.
Aproxx. 250 shirts per hour plus or minus.
Depending on condition, it is a nice little dryer!
Re: question about Hix 021 dryer
Thanks. I'm not sure this dryer is going to be big enough for my needs after all.
Re: question about Hix 021 dryer
our 8 foot heat chamber 36" belt could do 400 an hour plastisol...now it's used for DTG curing though
Not sure if it's a similar drying or not
