I am aware of T-quoter's benifits - my shop can afford it but I think its overpriced - what do you folks use to quote?

Re: Quoting system/ software
Quick Books Pro has been a great program for me. You can set it up for all of your needs in one program. It will even keep track of everything you do at once, so there is no need to run different software programs.
At the edge of dreams lay the far-flung ideals of true creation.
Re: Quoting system/ software
There are only a few programs developed for true screen printing quoting. Tquoter and PriceIt are two of the top program. The other I've seen is T-Boss. Have not seen good marks for this one though. If you think T-quoter is overpriced, I cant wait to hear what you say about PriceIt. PriceIt is used by a majority of shops that I talk to. It is probably the highest rated program although we use Tquoter in my shop. As long as we go by the prices shown, we make money.
You need a program to track you actual shop costs, mark up garments, and figure profit and/or sales commission. At the same time, factoring in profit.

T-Quoter is the best program with the best value. PriceIt is much higher. Both programs link to Quickbooks for accounting requirements.
If you do not want a program directly created for quoting SP, then QuickBooks is probably your best option. I havent used it so I am not sure how you would build it for quoting.
Have a great day! :)
