Hi, I am looking for Reflective Thread... Not metallic,
not neon, or glow in the dark, but reflective like tape on firefighter gear?

There is a post that describes the material as glass bead which doesn't lend itself to sewing. Maybe Applique for this? Here is a link for a place I've bought reflective tape:
