Are you willing to crate and ship to Chicago? What year is this? Does it come with all platens, compressor, etc?

The machine is a 1997, it does come with platens, but the compressor and shipping would be provided by the the buyer. We will dismantle the machine and secure it to pallets to be shipped by the trucking company of your choice at no extra charge. However crating would cost an additional $500.00
