ricoma machine

I'd like to know if anyone has had problems with Ricoma dealer in Miami, Fl as I have with my machine. This is what I know. Bought used machine from them in 2006, with a "new machine warranty" but dealer never changed parts on upgrade supplied by Feija factory in China in late 2005. In the meantime various parts have been replaced which turned out they were used and recycled from other used machines. thence the "like new machine warranty". This information was given to me by reliable sources that worked and were employed by this dealer. They all left. I tried to return machine and wanted my money back and never heard from him since. Nice. He knows most people don't have the kind of money to hire a lawyer and sue him. Beware of "new machine warranty" look what happened to me.
