Riley Hopkins 8 Color, 8 Station Screen Printing Press w/ Micros & Joystick

This is an excellent condition used Riley Hopkins AERO series, 8 color, 8 station press. It is a custom "maximo" model with BOTH standard XY micro registration AND Riley Hopkin's awesome joystick registration on all 8 print heads. The press is TOOL FREE, requiring no wrenches or other tools to make adjustments during or between jobs.

Condition:

Excellent condition. This press was purchased in late 2012 and used in a light volume shop for one year. It has spent the last 6 months in storage. Functions perfectly. I just meticulously cleaned and lubricated the press. All ink, pallet adhesive and other chemical residue has been removed. All moving parts and knobs have been freshly lubricated.

All 8 t-shirt pallets are brand new and unused.

There is some stripping of the green powder coat on the arms due to friction from the pallet brackets. There are a few very minimal spots of surface rust. All "damage" is purely cosmetic - all functional parts are in excellent shape.

Press has a circumference of approximately 11 feet.

Base dimensions: 35" x 35"

Printing height (pallet height): 36"

Weight: Not exactly sure - a few hundred pounds (it's almost entirely steel construction). Requires 2 people to scoot it around on the floor, 3-4 people to lift.

Arms/pallets will be removed for transport. Base/print head assembly takes up 66" x 66" with a height of 60". Print head assembly can be removed from the base on request if height is an issue for transport.
