We have 2 2015 Happy Embroidery machines available for lease takeover or to purchase.
Both are Happy HCR2-1506X (wide format)
Currently in storage, but just verified and looked over by a TexMac rep to be in working condition. Like new.
Looking to have someone takeover our existing leases which were originally a 5 year each, now with 2 years left. Current payments are $953 for machine 1 and $994 for machine 2, monthly. Who ever takes over the leases will have 100% rights to outright purchase from finance company at 10% (FMV) once the remaining 2 years are up, which is roughly $5k each.
Estimated FMV for direct purchase rather than lease option: Roughly $29k for machine 1 and roughly $32k for machine 2.
