Screen Print Press Operator - TN

We are considering hiring a printer. We are an all M&R shop with a Gauntlet 3 - 18/20 and a Challenger 3D - 12/14. We are a fairly busy shop. Must have heavy experience running a automatic with references to back it up and I will call them. You must be able to think on your feet trouble shooting any print issues. Fun work enviroment, laid back atmosphere most days.

We have people in puller and back of the dryer positions. Art and Seps in house. So we simply need a press operator that understands what they are doing and can run a press at a decent pace. We do anywhere from 4-7 jobs per day, high color count. Most jobs are 4-7 colors front and 6-11 colors rear print. Large prints generally 15x17 inches on rear. We use CTS and Tri-Loc with a starlight. We have someone running pre-press as well.

This would be a full time job. M-F 8am - 5pm. The pay will be based on experience.
